I’m Lily, the owner of Halcyon Studios, a Minnesota-based web design studio. With over a decade of experience in the design world, I am passionate about building modern, beautiful websites that are both functional and effective.
I offer highly personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each business I work with. I pay close attention to every aspect of the project, from the initial consultation to the final product, listening closely and collaborating with my clients to bring their visions to life. My goal is to make the process as easy and painless as possible, though clear communication and quality work.

My Background
My background is in fine arts, design, and computer programming. I hold a BA in Studio Art & Art History from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, and an MA in Fashion Design from Polimoda Institute in Florence, Italy. I also completed a programming bootcamp and have been developing websites since 2014.

Once I learn more about your project needs during our consultation, I will provide an estimate. Cost depends on a variety of factors, including number of pages, custom design and code work, and any special features (such as portfolios, blogs or event calendars).
Websites start at $2000 for a basic five-page brochure site, and can go up to $5000 for more complex custom work. Inquire to learn more!

From our initial intake to launch, the process takes about 6-8 weeks. For more complex, larger projects you may need to anticipate 3-4 months of development time.

I am currently offering basic SEO as an add-on to any website project. This includes configuring an SEO plugin (for WordPress sites), conducting keyword research, setting meta tags, completing on-page optimizations (text and images), checking and optimizing speed, and submitting sitemaps to Google Search Console.
